Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned item(s) must be in a new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels attached. There will be € 11 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging as it has been sent (Undamaged).
Please note: Earrings can’t be returned due to the hygiene policy. This is only possible when the package is not opened.
EXCHANGE
It is not possible to exchange items. You can send your order back and re-order through our website www.gizellejewellery.com
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@gizellejewellery.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Keep in mind that the risk of shipping when returning the items are for your own account.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return had been processed.
